- Sales Training Tele-Seminars: Our sales trainers lead your staff through a series of seminars. Your trainees learn strategies and techniques that will help them close more new business over the phone and in your brick and mortar locations.
- On Site Sales Training Seminars: Tron Jordheim, PhoneSmart Director and Member of the National Speakers Association offers energetic and unforgettable sales training seminars that will rejuvenate veteran salespeople and build a strong base for rookies as well.
- Telephone Teaching-Coaching: This is a telephone call that lasts about fifteen to twenty minutes between a Certified PhoneSmart Trainer and your staff person. To set up a Telephone Teacher-Coaching program all you have to do is submit a schedule of when you would like us to call your staff person. PhoneSmart will record the conversations so that they can be used to reinforce what your people learn during their one-on-one telephone session.
